Any order placed on epigex.com implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. An order confirmation is sent by e-mail once payment has been validated.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, excluding tax where applicable. Payment is made according to the methods presented at checkout (credit card, bank transfer, or business account by prior arrangement).

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Given the scientific and sometimes perishable nature of our products (reagents, proteins, antibodies), returns are subject to prior approval from our customer service team. Please contact us promptly if a product is non-conforming or damaged.

6. Warranty

Epigex guarantees the quality and conformity of its products to the specifications stated on each product sheet. In the event of a proven non-conformity, a replacement or credit note will be offered.
